I am travelling on a Turn Up and Go route. Has anything changed?

Yes. If you are travelling on a Turn up and Go route, you now have the opportunity to purchase your tickets online prior to travel. The ways you previously purchased your ticket will still be open to you too.

Purchasing your Turn Up and Go ticket online  

When you pre-purchase a ticket for a Turn up and Go route online, you'll see a calendar and be required to choose a date - however, your ticket is an open ticket valid for the season in which you've purchased it, and it won't have a specific sailing time.  

If the route shows as sold out online, please visit the port office to purchase your ticket, where capacity allows - or where relevant, you can do so onboard the vessel. Travel is on a first come, first served basis.

We encourage you to plan ahead as your first choice of sailing may not always be available and wait times may be extended. 

Like you, our staff will be working with a new system - and although they've been trained, we do ask that you are patient with everyone who is there to help you.
