How do I apply for a refund?
Please complete our short, dedicated refund form to apply for the difference in ticket price. This will only be for customers travelling between Stornoway - Ullapool, Lochboisdale - Oban/Mallaig who would have ordinarily travelled between Uig-Lochmaddy/Tarbert.
Once you've completed your journey, and submitted the refund form, we will acknowledge the application within 5 working days, and then respond fully within 21 working days from the acknowledgement date, but hopefully sooner. Customers can apply for a refund up to 2 months from their travel date - in line with our current processes.
Customers travelling between Lochmaddy/Ullapool instead of Lochmaddy-Uig will be paying the same fare as their normal route so are not required to complete this form.
