What happens if a travel trade customer is late for a sailing?
As traffic may have started loading when you arrive, you will be directed on where to park by a member of staff.
Providing space is available once all the traffic has been loaded, you will be able to board.
If no space is available then travel won’t be possible, you will then either be offered an alternative sailing time/date. You can arrange with port staff to change your sailing time if space is available or have your tickets refunded less the administration charge if no alternative is suitable.
