Can I buy and use gift vouchers?

No, we have discontinued the sale of gift vouchers from 1 April 2020.

If you have been unable to use any vouchers you have, the deadline to return them was 30 September 2024.

If you have sent any unused vouchers before the 30 September deadline, when our team receive the vouchers, they will call you to process a refund. Once the refund has been processed, it can take up to 14 working days to complete.
