What information you might need to give us for our routes that do not require advance booking?

For some of our routes and services or if you are travelling as a foot passenger, you don't always need to book a ticket in advance. However, if you are planning to use one of these routes and require assistance to do so, please do contact  Customer Services Team to advise us about your needs at least 48 hours prior to your journey.

To help you plan ahead as far as possible, we have collated a set of Access Statements for all of our ports and vessels. These provide information on accessibility information across the entire CalMac network. Click here for information on our ports and here for more information on our vessels.
