I missed my sailing - what happens now?

If you missed your sailing without making an amendment or cancellation, then no refund is due for that leg of your booking and it will be cancelled. Exceptions will still apply.

We highly recommend customers amend where possible. It's completely free to do and still allows travel at a later date (within the designated validity periods), or on a different route (for a different route, customers may receive money back, or be charged additional costs dependant).

Cancellation requests and amendments can be done online, via the phone, or in person at the port.
