CalMac is proud of its staff and its record in assisting our customers. Although we cannot support or assist you with any personal care requirements, we are pleased to assist you both within our ports and to our on-board facilities such as café, shop, viewing area and the toilets. If you need any help to move about our vessels, please get in touch with our Customer Services Team at least 48 hours prior to your journey.
