You can check whether the port you are travelling to is unstaffed using our port guide.
If you need assistance at any point during your journey - please book by calling our Customer Engagement Centre 48 hours or more before your journey begins. We'll chat through your options so we can best meet your needs. This allows us to let vessel staff know in advance, and someone to be made available to assist you. If you've not been able to let us know about your requirements prior to travel, we will of course do all we can to help, but someone may not be immediately available to help.
