Customer Update from Robbie Drummond - March 2023

New booking and ticketing system launching 25 April 2023

I am pleased to confirm that we will be introducing our new booking and ticketing system on Tuesday 25 April 2023.

The system will make it easier to make and manage your bookings and will include new features such as e-tickets, multiple vehicle reservations and advance ticket purchase on turn up and go routes.

What to expect

As we prepare for the launch, our teams are working hard to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible. We want to let you know that:

  • If you have a booking for travel on or after 25 April 2023, your booking will be transferred to our new system, and you don't have to take any further action. You will receive an email with your new tickets enclosed after 25 April 2023.

  • Tickets booked online will no longer have to be printed at home or collected from a port office. You will receive an eTicket direct to your inbox, which you can use to board.

Help and support should you need it

Full information about the changes and what you need to do can be found on our website and this be will regularly updated with the most current information: calmac.co.uk/ticketing.
