Vessel Pre-Arrival and Pilotage Checklist

This checklist is applicable to vessels over 100 GT, over 45m LOA or carrying more than 12 passengers (excluding fishing vessels) requesting to berth.

Please fill out the form below and submit. We also require you to fill out the below document which you will be asked to upload within the form.

Harbour Office - VHF Channels 12 & 16 All Oil spills, incidents, near misses and security breaches MUST be reported to the Harbour Manager without undue delay. The Harbour Office issue permission and Permits to Work for:

Commercial Diving
Hot Works
General Works Risk Assessments and Method Statements MUST be provided to Harbour Office prior to works being undertaken All Bunkering operations are monitored by the Harbour Office - The 'CalMac Bunkering Checklist' must be complete prior to bunkering operations taking place

Vessels must request berthing a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival.
